Are you the Lead UX Designer we have been waiting for?!
As our Lead UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for translating complex problems into intuitive, user-friendly designs, with a focus on mobile platforms. Working closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that every interaction feels effortless and engaging for our users.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of user journeys and flows that simplify complex problems into intuitive experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user flows and design solutions in Figma, ensuring they are functional and visually appealing.
- Conduct user research and usability testing (both qualitative and quantitative) to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Translate business and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with developers to guarantee correct implementation of your designs.
- Continuously refine the user experience based on user feedback and data analytics, ensuring that our product evolves with user needs.
- Own the entire UX process, from discovery and ideation to delivery and testing.
What we're looking for:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex problems and deliver clean, engaging designs.
- Approximately five years of experience as a UX designer, or more.
- Mastery of Figma for both design and prototyping.
- Experience with mobile-first design principles and a deep understanding of iOS and Android platform guidelines.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user testing, with a focus on improving user journeys.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
- A passion for creating seamless user experiences, with a keen eye for graphic design and detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take ownership of your role in a growing startup.
- Good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to join as soon as possible, however, finding the right mix of dedicated employees for the company is at the core of all decisions in the hiring process. You can expect a three-step process including an introductory call with Nina to start, followed by a 1st interview with Andreas to mutually get to know each other. If we move forward from here you will experience a 2nd interview where you get to show us who you are through the use of a personality test with Helle, and your technical expertise through a structured interview with discussions and problem-solving with Kristian (Spenn CTO).
