We are looking for a motivated student within Marketing, Digital Communications, or Business to join our Marketing team and gain hands-on experience in community building, event management, and marketing strategy in a professional setting.

This fall, we are looking to welcome one student from the BI Internship Master program.

In this role, you will work directly with the Marketing Manager to apply your studies in a real-world setting, as well as mentorship and networking opportunities with our global network of Ambyans.

The specific tasks for the internship period will be defined closer to the start, since we want to tailor this role to your interests and studies.

With that said, here are some examples of projects you could be working on:

• Community Engagement. This project focuses on creating a strategy for building and nurturing a network of HR and talent leaders in Oslo through personalized outreach and creative engagement strategies.

• Event Planning and Execution. This project focuses on helping us set the event strategy for 2025 and beyond with the marketing team. For example, this could include assisting with event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration, promoting events through digital campaigns and partnerships, and providing on-site support for the event itself.
• Brand Awareness and Campaign Management. This project focuses on designing and implementing campaigns to raise brand awareness across our key markets, grow community membership, and increase event attendance.

These are on our roadmap, but we will sit down with you to learn more about your interests and learning goals and define the role together.

• In their final year of their Master's program in Marketing, Digital Communications, or Business
• Able to work from our offices at Grünerløkka in Oslo for the majority of the internship.
• Passionate about digital strategies, content creation, and community building.
• Creative and proactive, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A natural communicator, fluent in English (Norwegian is a plus)
• Driven by curiosity and a desire to continuously expand your own knowledge base by proactively researching and acquiring new information.
• A creative problem-solver who has the ability to stay analytical, solution-oriented, and persistent when faced with challenges.
• Able to take ownership of own projects and a strong motivation to put in the required time and effort to complete a task or project on time.
