As a Recruitment Consultant at Amby, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping recruitment strategies, advising on talent markets, and driving measurable results.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for some of Sweden's most exciting companies.
- Build long-term client partnerships while consistently delivering high-quality talent pipelines.
- Influence how we develop and deliver recruitment and HR consulting services in Sweden
- Share your expertise and mentor junior consultants, helping them grow into future talent leaders.
- Stay ahead of the curve by applying new AI-driven tools in your daily work - and help clients implement them too.
- Shape Amby's position in the Swedish market by driving client relationships, representing Amby at industry events, and contributing to building thought leadership.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a consultant or advisor within recruitment and/or HR, ideally with exposure to HR as a Service Delivery model.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships, identify new opportunities, and act as a trusted partner to leadership teams.
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to connect recruitment and HR to broader business goals.
- A strong network in Sweden's talent market, ideally within startups, scaleups, or large enterprises.
- A proven track record of advising clients, running processes independently, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
- The ability to connect naturally with people and represent Amby in the market, from client meetings to industry events and thought leadership arenas.
- Full professional fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
- The confidence to take up space, show initiative, and take responsibility. As a part of a small team in Sweden, every person truly counts.
- Clear thought leadership potential: you are curious, bold, and driven to shape the future of talent in the Nordics (and beyond).
