We are now looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our Oslo team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment, enjoys commercial responsibility and wants to actively shape the future of the recruitment industry.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Amby, you will take full ownership of recruitment and advisory projects while acting as trusted partner to our clients. You will combine strong execution and problem solving with critical thinking, commercial drive and a genuine interest in AI and data to improve outcomes.
You will
Lead recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring strong execution, stakeholder alignment and consistent high-quality delivery for some of Norway’s most ambitious companies.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into effective recruitment strategies and measurable outcomes.
Attract, engage and retain relevant candidates across multiple parallel recruitment processes, ensuring continuity and effective pipeline management.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including clear communication, expectation-setting and structured follow-up.
Build and deepen long-term client relationships while contributing to commercial activities through events, networking and market engagement.
Conduct hands-on sourcing using modern tools, structured search methods and market insight to identify high-potential candidates.
Use and interpret assessment tools such as Fairsight to enable data-driven hiring decisions.
Apply AI-driven tools in your daily work and support clients in adopting them as part of their talent operations.
Support and lead Talent Acquisition Consultants on client projects, enabling their development and effective project delivery.
Who are we looking for?
To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe you have
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, HR, business, economics, innovation & entrepreneurship).
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including at least one year within tech recruitment.
Proven track record of running processes independently, advising clients, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Strong account management skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships, identify new opportunities, and act as a trusted partner to leadership teams.
Experience and confidence in using testing and assessment tools as part of recruitment and decision-making processes.
Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English (fluent written and verbal).
