Specialist recruiter or HR all-rounder? We’ve got assignments for both.

At Amby, we’re growing our interim network across Norway and Sweden, preferably in Oslo and Stockholm. If you work as a contractor in tech recruitment or HR, we’d like to talk.

You won’t sit on the sidelines like an external agency. You’ll join our clients’ teams and work as one of them, with the ownership of an internal hire and the expertise of a specialist.
Assignments typically last 6–12 months, at 50–100%.

Recruitment specialist (tech preferred)
What you’ll do

• Run end-to-end recruitment for roles within IT & Tech, from scoping the role to signed offer.

• Find and engage great people who aren’t actively looking.

• Work on the client’s behalf, as part of their team. You’ll run hiring our way, in their systems or ours.

• Help sharpen hiring processes and assessments, so decisions are backed by data, not guesswork.

You’ll bring

• Several years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in IT and tech.

• Confidence advising hiring managers on role scoping, assessment, and the market.

• Experience with ATS and data-driven recruitment.

• A network in the Nordic tech scene is a plus.

• Fluency in Norwegian/Swedish & English

HR Business Partner or HR generalist
What you’ll do

• Keep HR operations running, from onboarding and offboarding to HR admin and HR systems.

• Advise managers on employment law, employee follow-up, and everyday HR questions.

• Support change, organisational development, and People & Culture projects.

• Help build an inclusive workplace where people want to stay.

You’ll bring

• Several years of hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or similar.

• Good knowledge of Norwegian or Swedish employment law.

• Experience with HR administration and modern HR systems (HRIS).

• Fluency in Norwegian/Swedish & English

Whichever track you’re on

• You’re structured, proactive, and flexible, and you enjoy consulting.

• You get up to speed fast in new organisations and build relationships quickly.

• You’re available now or in the months ahead.
